I am a senior associate in the Dentons Cape Town office. I focus on general corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

I joined Dentons in January 2015 as a candidate attorney, became an associate in 2017 and promoted to senior associate in 2020. I previously spent seven years as the commercial director of NTI Security Solutions (an ICT security company), where I focused on the commercial and legal aspects of the business.

I have gained deep experience in advising clients in highly regulated environments, particularly clients in the financial services, energy, oil and gas, aviation and information technology sectors.
