Look for a mentor, or volunteer to be one and connect with ODs in your field.
Close on 500 ODs have volunteered their expertise and experience in the Mentoring Programme to help you navigate career decisions, work issues or relocation. They provide a safe and sympathetic space for you to voice issues and assist you in resolving them.
