Notice of a Special General Meeting of the ODU to be held at the Mitre on

5 February 2026 at 18:00.

The OD Committee has received a request to convene a Special General Meeting, supported by 50 OD signatories. Having reviewed the request to ensure that it complies with the OD Constitution, it was agreed that the SGM should take place.

The meeting will be chaired by the OD Union President, David Carter.

Three proposed resolutions will be tabled for consideration and voted on. They can be read SGM Resolutions

Each resolution will be voted upon separately. 

ODs who cannot attend in person may join online via a Zoom link.
