We received an email this week from Peter Hyslop. He wrote:
Since retiring from Bishops at the end of 2020, I have been working as a private art tutor, teaching children, teenagers and adults from my home studio in Park Estate, Rondebosch. Andy Wood (1977G) who is also a former staff member, has been attending my oil painting classes. I am also presenting lectures on the visual arts for the university of the third age and am researching the role of drawing in education.
As a parishioner at the neighbouring St. Thomas Church, Peter is organising a community exhibition scheduled for the weekend 30th and 31st July 2022, to be held at the church. Peter will also exhibit his own work at this exhibition.
