More about Allan:
After my time at Bishops, I went on to study at Boston University and then the Royal College of Music in London where I received a Bachelors of Music and Masters of Music in composition, respectively. During my studies overseas, I was the recipient of various composition honors and awards with performances across the globe. I have worked with revered international names including the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the JACK Quartet, and Ryan Bancroft (principle conductor of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and BBC National Orchestra of Wales)
I am currently working as a full time classical and film composer. I truly wouldn’t be here without my experience at Bishops – I still remember my first composition, which I completed at Bishops and received 100% for my matric exam. It was very much the starting point of my life as a composer.
Allan currently holds a BMus from Boston University, & an MMus from the Royal College of Music.
