Sandwiches for Dunoon

Chris Gruber (2016W) started Sandwiches4Dunoon on 8 May with the idea of getting his neighbourhood to help make a difference in the community of Dunoon.
Chris Gruber (2016W) started Sandwiches4Dunoon on 8 May with the idea of getting his neighbourhood and community to work together from their homes to make a difference. Chris drops off bread and a spread at homes within his neighbourhood. These homes then make the sandwiches to increase the output. Chris then picks the sandwiches up and delivers them to Boost Africa, a charity based in Dunoon. Boost Africa helps people on their journey out of poverty, providing many learning opportunities. The sandwiches are then shared amongst the community.

From 350 sandwiches in week 1, over 5000 in week 4 and 40 000 sandwiches to date, the project has snowballed. However, they still need help from wherever they can get it. Please follow the link below to get involved and help Chris and the people of Dunoon.
