Richard passed away peacefully on Sunday 26 July shortly after being diagnosed with Stage IV bladder cancer.  He had recently relocated from Johannesburg to live with his son’s family in Cape Town.

Richard touched the lives of many with his sweet, kind and humble nature, and will always be fondly remembered for his impeccable manners and gentle soul.  

Richard is survived by his children John-Peter, Leigh, Paul (1987F), Patrick (1988F) as well as his grandchildren (to incl. David Gr10F) and brother, Dorian (1956W).
