We were excited to see four of our ODs on the field playing for Western Province in the Currie Cup last weekend. We wish them much success on their rugby journey and we will be cheering them on every time they run onto the field. Well done to Tristan Leyds, Cornel Smit, Tim Swiel and Sacha Mngomezulu (who only matriculated last year, and who made his senior team debut at the same time). Sacha also recently represented the “Baby Bok” team against Georgia two weekends ago, where his accuracy with the boot earned him the Man of the Match award.

Izzy Wharton, Keagan Blankenberg, Connor Evans, Liam Kloosman and Ollie Jones are all in the WP u20 squad and have already played a few matches. Meanwhile, in the Six Nations u20s tournament, Ross Vincent has been playing at 8th man for Italy.
