A total of 13 of our runners gathered to face off against the best alumni associations in the UK. Building on five years of continuous improvement, they emerged as champions. Considering there were about 250 runners from 45 schools in the competition, this achievement is nothing short of remarkable.

We extend our congratulations to all our OD athletes, with a special shoutout to Dillon McEvoy (2005S) who not only rallied the team and kept them motivated, but also designed the trendy new running vests. And if that wasn't impressive enough, he secured a fourth-place finish for himself. Kudos to our outstanding team!

After the race, they made their way to The Telegraph pub on Putney Heath. There, they indulged in some much-needed refreshments, replenishing their hydration and of course, spreading some good cheer.

The ODs who ran were:

Dillon, Brett Ormrod (2007M), Doug Mallett (2007M), Chris McPetrie (2010M), Nic Boswell (2010S), Adrian Kritzinger (2006F), Rob Brink (2013K), Mike Cockburn (2006F), Rupert Tripp (2010F), Warren Handley (2010G), Mike Leach (2008S), Joe Miller (2012S) and Justin Thorne (2007F).

John Thuysbaert (2003W) a pillar of the team, sustained an injury a week before the race but was there to support and cheer.

Congratulations to all of you - a great win!
