Andrew Rackstraw (OD 2019G)

The Bishops community extends its warmest congratulations to Andrew Rackstraw on being crowned the 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup GB Champion in October 2025.

Andrew's achievement is all the more remarkable, in only his second season competing abroad, he captured the Pro Category Championship while driving for Century Motorsport under the Rosland Gold banner. The title was decided by the narrowest of margins, with Andrew ultimately triumphing by just two points.

Heading into the final weekend at the legendary Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit, Andrew had both the driver's title and team championship in his sights. With characteristic composure and focus, he delivered when it mattered most, securing his place among South Africa's brightest motorsport talents.

Reflecting on his success, Andrew said:

“Some of my biggest strengths as a driver are thinking with my head and not losing my cool when the pressure is on.”

From Cape Town to the top of British motorsport, Andrew continues to make the Bishops and South African community immensely proud.
