As we close out the year and look ahead to a busy and exciting start to 2026, please take note of the following important dates and events in the schools calendar.

– 25 December---

Our Christmas Day Service will be held in the Memorial Chapel at 10:30am. This service is open to all members of the school community and provides a meaningful opportunity to reflect and give thanks together on this special day.

Our U15A and 1st XI cricket teams will take on Wynberg on 5 January, with the venue to be confirmed.

From 8–11 January, our U15A and 1st XI teams will play in the Peninsula Cricket Festival, with matches taking place at home. It promises to be an exciting few days of cricket, and we look forward to seeing ODs there who can attend and support the boys.

On 10 January, our waterpolo players will participate in the Paul Roos Pre-Season Day. If you are in the Stellenbosch area, please pop in and show your support , it is always appreciated by the boys.

New Boy Day on 13 January marks the official welcome of all new pupils to the school. It is a special day to help them settle in to the school and house system, meet their peers, and start their journey with confidence and excitement. The School looks forward to making this a memorable introduction to our community.

The 2026 academic year begins the next day, with all pupils returning to campus. The Staff and students looks forward to a focused and positive start as classrooms, fields, and activities come back to life.

Our 1st team Waterpolo Festival will be held on Saturday, 17 January. This early-season event marks the start of the traditional rivalry against local schools and promises to be an exciting highlight on the sporting calendar. We look forward to strong support from the wider school community.

Also on Saturday, 17 January, our school cricket teams will face Paarl Gimnasium.
